What is our return policy?

Final Sale Policy
All purchases are considered final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
What if my order is damaged/incorrect?
Email us at info@suhrain.com within 24 hours of receiving your package. Please provide:
- Order number
- Photos
Our team will do our best to make it right!
Are scarves or inners included?
Inner garments are sold separately. Select abayas may include a coordinating scarf; please refer to the individual product description for full details on what is included with your piece.
We encourage reviewing each listing carefully to ensure your selection aligns with your preferences.
Do you offer custom sizing?
We offer custom sizing on a highly limited, case-by-case basis. This service is reserved for select orders and subject to availability.
If you are interested in a bespoke fit, please contact us prior to placing your order. We will thoughtfully review your request and advise on the possibility of accommodation.
